Our client is an F&B manufacturer in Singapore and they are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Food Manufacturing). This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure, manages a team of electricians, and implements preventive maintenance programs.You will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.【 What you will be working on 】- Operate and program PLC systems (Omron, Mitsubishi, KEYENCE)- Manage a team of electricians by assigning assignments, tracking progress, and giving direction and training- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, processes, and protocols to reduce equipment downtime- Manage the maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical systems, such as switchgear, motors, and control systems- Investigate and address electrical problems by utilizing diagnostic tools and procedures to determine fundamental causes- Safety and Compliance: Conduct frequent safety audits and training sessions to ensure that all electrical safety standards, regulations, and corporate policies are met- Communication and Collaboration: Work with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical maintenance actions are consistent with business objectives- Record-keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance indicators, and submit frequent reports to management
