They are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Executive (Japanese Speaking) to support the corporate management team, primarily focusing on corporate secretarial duties, MD secretary responsibilities, expat management, and general affairs.【 Responsibilities 】1) Corporate Secretary- Handle corporate secretarial matters, including director changes and Annual General Meetings (liaising with the corporate secretarial company).2) Secretarial for MD- Manage MD secretarial tasks.- Oversee company car arrangements.- Handle membership-related matters.3) Management Fees- Manage matters related to the management service agreement.4) Business Travel- Support business travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, overseas travel insurance, and more.5) Expat Management- Assist with expat-related matters, such as housing and insurance.- Address inquiries from expats.6) Reporting to Headquarters- Assist with the preparation of monthly business reports.7) Translation- Translate corporate management-related documents between Japanese and English.8) Office Management- Manage the company’s courier account.- Oversee office and pantry supplies and equipment.- Attend to visitors and handle company main line calls.- Manage storage-related matters.- Organize entertainment, gifts, and Christmas cards.- Manage corporate credit card matters.- Oversee subscription-related matters.9) Other Duties- Perform additional general clerical duties as required.
