Our client, a renowned Japanese-listed restaurant company, is looking for an HR Manager - Japanese speaking to join their esteemed organization!Reporting to: Service Manager【 Responsibilities 】1) Recruitment:- Posting job advertisements via job platforms and providing regular updates- Setting up interviews, confirming hiring decisions, as well as coordinating with store staff- Managing foreign worker recruitment quotas / Monthly quota checks- Onboarding of new employees2) Issuing Offer Letters- Procedures for hiring foreign workers; application process for permits based on visa types (Employment Pass, Work Permit, S-Pass etc)- Pre-employment screening / Verifying personal ID and required documents for onboarding- Preparing and exchanging the Letter of Appointment Onboarding lectures (Explaining company rules, updating the employee list, registering personal information, etc.)3) Offboarding- Updating employee list- Exchanging necessary documents with the departing employee4) Attendance Management- Managing the attendance management system- Screening store staff clock-in / clock-out5) Payroll Calculation- Extracting the necessary information for payroll from the attendance system and sharing it with the external outsourcing company- After confirming the payroll calculation results, entering the payment details into Internet Banking-6) Others/ Adhoc: - Handling inquiries from employees regarding employment conditions- General administrative tasks (e.g., managing office supplies and stationery)
