Our Client, an industry leader in technology solutions is looking for a Solutions Development Manager (Japanese Speaking) to join the team. You will primarily lead the deployment and maintenance planning of package solutions sold across regions, while also driving the development of new solutions tailored to industry needs. The role includes expanding the reach of labelling software internationally and supporting key account opportunities to ensure stable business operations and efficiency. Additionally, you will conduct training programs on the software development lifecycle and quality management, emphasizing employee development. By visualizing and analyzing data, you will also contribute to promoting sustainable revenue and profit growth.You will be reporting directly to the General Manager (GM). 【Responsibilities】1. Package Solution Support: Deeply understand the specifications, functions, and performance of package solutions sold across regions and countries by headquarters/subsidiaries and engage in activities necessary for promotion and sales in each region. - Collaborate with headquarters and regional counterparts to determine and execute deployment and maintenance plans for each package solution. - Coordinate the requirement gathering, specifications, development, and maintenance of new solutions. - Conduct training programs and prepare related documentation to support promotion, sales, and maintenance, ensuring effective implementation in each region. - Continuously create unique solutions for SATO by deeply understanding market trends and industry needs and collaborating with relevant departments. 2. Software Labelling: Expand the reach of labelling software and general software purchased from third parties or developed by headquarters to international regions. - Understand the specifications, pricing, and sales strategies of each product and contribute to revenue and profit generation through regional deployment. - Address pre-sales and post-sales product inquiries from sales subsidiaries, collaborating with development teams as needed to resolve issues effectively. 3. Key Account Management: Support the deployment, inquiry handling, and maintenance of solutions introduced for key account customers across countries and regions, ensuring continuous operational and quality improvements through stable solutions. - Collaborate with the key account department at headquarters to understand solution deployment projects from key accounts and provide necessary support tailored to the conditions of the target countries. - Implement improvements and maintenance for centrally managed applications and Windows applications for specific key account companies. 4. Building People: Plan, create and implement educational programs on the software development lifecycle, solution development methods, and quality management to foster a sustainable business and support employee growth.- Conduct online platform-based education on the importance of the software development lifecycle and each process. - Promote initiatives across group companies focused on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) to drive the development of sustainable solution businesses.
