The role is expected to handle banking transaction, bookkeeping, invoice management,reimbursement, GST filing etc. and collaborate with team member to provide general administrative support in the accounting and finance department.【 Responsibilities 】■ Banking Transactions- Process payments for expenses and investments via remittance, GIRO, and standing orders using e-banking platforms across Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and India- Manage fixed deposit placements, including obtaining internal approvals and coordinating with banks- Open and maintain bank accounts, register users with various banks, and support interim annual audits■ Bookkeeping- Record investment-related transactions and accounts receivable/payable entries for multiple entities- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis for various entities■ Invoicing- Issue monthly or quarterly invoices and monitor aging reports to ensure timely collections■ Reimbursement Claims- Set up Concur accounts for new employees and provide orientation on the system- Review and process expense claims submitted via Concur, coordinating with internal departments, regional offices, and Concur support for issue resolution-Post approved Concur transactions to the accounting system■ Cash Flow Forecasting- Support the preparation and updating of cash flow forecasts■ GST Filing- Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings via the IRAS website- Assess GST registration requirements for applicable entities■ Administrative Tasks- Maintain an inventory of share certificates- Handle postage, filing, and maintenance of physical documentation- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Our Client is a Japanese-listed Building Developer Company. The Technician/Senior Technician (M&E Services) will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting M&E systems and ensuring smooth building operations. You will report to the Senior Manager (Building Service & M&E Services). 【Responsibilities】- Attend joint inspection with tenant’s contractor related to fitting out and reinstatement works- Perform basic building maintenance such as ACMV, electrical & plumbing, Sanitary works, etc- Perform kitchen hood filter chemical servicing to all speciality Restaurants- Inspect common areas within the shopping centre and tenant’s premises when necessary- Record & update daily maintenance, Weekly & monthly inspection reports- Inspect and identify defects such as power failure, leakage and aircon issues etc- Inspect firefighting and protection equipment such as fire extinguishers & fire hose reels, and Dry Risers.- Attend to Superior landlord on any repair and maintenance of the building services.- Attend our company's maintenance works such as KWP replacement, etc during night shift- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works as directed by Supervisor- Requisite necessary parts for repairs and maintenance (such as Public address speaker repair, etc).- Practice workplace health & safety standard,s such as wearing personal protectionaccessories whenever needed- Any other duties as may be designated by the company

- Working hours:
Morning Shift- 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Afternoon Shift- 3 pm to 11 pm
(There might be A1 shift (not many 0-3 times per month), 5 pm to 1 am- allowance will be given for this shift, allowance will be basic salary per hr X 1.5 rate X 2 + meal allowance $10 + Taxi Claim)
