【 業務内容 】
①エグゼクティブ層への秘書業務
- 文書作成と管理
- 会議、出張、イベント等のスケジュール調整
- 連絡や問い合わせへの対応・処理
- 社内外のイベントの企画、情報フローの管理
②営業企画サポート業務
- 営業計画、マーケティング活動、顧客管理に関する管理・運営業務の補佐
- 営業資料の作成、営業予測の統合
- 顧客および販売データの更新
- 販売の機会をモニターし、そのレポートを作成
- ウェブサイトコンテンツ、営業ツール、デジタルマーケティングキャンペーン等の管理
- イベント(展示会、ウェビナーなど)の企画と実行のサポート
资格
应征条件
【 応募要件&求める人物像 】
<必須要件>
- 3年以上の秘書または同様の職務経験
- Microsoft 365アプリケーション(Outlook、Teams、Excel、PowerPoint)が使える方
- 社内コミュニケーションが可能な英語力
