    Our client is a prominent Japanese company specializing in the crude oil catering industry. They are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to manage human resources and administrative functions

    【Responsibilities】
    - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    - Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees.
    - Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    - Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure the organization's practices align with legal requirements.
    - Assist the Division Head in updating staff benefits, updating the company handbook, etc.
    - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
    - Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
    - Handle HR administrative tasks such as documentation, contracts, and letters.
    - Hands-on with Employment and Dependent Pass application, transfer, cancellation, etc.
    - Require to assist with monthly payroll and CPF contributions etc.
    - Organize team-building activities and events.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - At least 1 year of experience in HR functions, including payroll or partial payroll.
    - Knowledge of CPF contributions, income tax, visa applications, labor laws, and MOM regulations.
    - Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

    (Advantageous)
    - Ability to commence work on short notice.
