事業の進捗の把握と経営陣とのコミュニケーションの上、その時々に合わせて法人として必要になる対応は何か、管理本部としてすべきことは何かを見極めて推進していくことがメインのタスクとなります。

- バックオフィス全体の業務統括(法務、経理、総務、人事)
- 月次・四半期・年次決算のマネジメント
- 会計・税務に関する意思決定
- 予算管理
- 内部統制システムの構築
- 各種外部専門家との折衝

- 大学卒業以上
- 経理・財務の実務経験: 3年以上
