- 新規事業における経理業務の構築
- シンガポール・日本グループ会社の経理財務の管理
- 財務諸表の作成および分析、長期の予算作成
- 月次・年次決算業務の管理
- 税務申告およびコンプライアンスの確保
- 資金調達、資金管理、投資計画、資本コスト管理、財務分析、リスク管理等の財務に係る業務全般
- 内部監査およびリスク管理
- 業務プロセスの改善提案と実施
- 日々のキャッシュフローの管理、支払入金処理
- 会計事務所とのやりとり
- 経理チームのリーダーシップと部下育成、業務指導
- その他事業運営にかかわる諸業務全般
- 他国支所運営のサポート

【 応募条件&求める人物像 】
<必須要件>
- 経理または財務職での5年以上の実務経験
- 月次・四半期・年次等での単体決算および連結決算の経験または理解のある方
- CPAなどの資格または同等のスキル
- シンガポール財務報告基準(SFRS)やIFRSに対する理解のある方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- チームマネジメント経験がある方
- シンガポールで会計ソフト(xero,quickbooks,MYOBなど)の使用経験のある方
