  Our Client is a Japanese retail solutions and services Company. They are looking for a Talent Success & Business Development Manager. The incumbent's responsibilities are to provide end-to-end support, from client acquisition to closing requested projects, including all HR management tasks, covering outsourcing, temporary staffing, and part-time employment.
  
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support in data mining, getting leads, identifying opportunities and recommending services to meet client’s needs
  - Generate and develop new clients by making cold calls/and generating leads independently (F2F visit or phone), professional networking
  - Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  - Identifying key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and cross-sell our services
  - Negotiate agreement terms with clients to fulfil the company’s objectives and sales goals
  - Sharing market insights and tabulating monthly sales reports with the team
  - Work in conjunction with other Talent Consultants and Training Team
  - Able to support sales presentations and build good relationships with Clients and Talents
  - Support event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
  - Support collaborations and partnerships with schools, external vendors, suppliers etc.
