Key Account Management: Support the deployment, inquiry handling, and maintenance of solutions introduced for key account customers across countries and regions, ensuring continuous operational and quality improvements through stable solutions. - Collaborate with the key account department at headquarters to understand solution deployment projects from key accounts and provide necessary support tailored to the conditions of the target countries. - Implement improvements and maintenance for centrally managed applications and Windows applications for specific key account companies. 4. Building People: Plan, create and implement educational programs on the software development lifecycle, solution development methods, and quality management to foster a sustainable business and support employee growth.- Conduct online platform-based education on the importance of the software development lifecycle and each process. - Promote initiatives across group companies focused on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) to drive the development of sustainable solution businesses.
