  Our client, a Japanese-listed logistics company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Manpower Solutions for Logistics & Warehouse) to oversee site operations and drive sales growth. This role reports directly to the headquarters in Japan.

  - Drive sales performance through effective client engagement and relationship management.
  - Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance and efficiency.
  - Coordinate and manage manpower operations within customers' factories alongside partner company employees.
  - Act as the key liaison between partner companies and factory representatives to ensure seamless operations.
  - Identify growth opportunities and drive sales for the forwarding business.
  - Handle ad-hoc tasks related to project management, customer relations, and partner coordination.
