    Our client, a Japanese-listed logistics company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Manpower Solutions for Logistics & Warehouse) to oversee site operations and drive sales growth. This role reports directly to the headquarters in Japan.

    【 Responsibilities 】

    - Drive sales performance through effective client engagement and relationship management.
    - Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance and efficiency.
    - Coordinate and manage manpower operations within customers' factories alongside partner company employees.
    - Act as the key liaison between partner companies and factory representatives to ensure seamless operations.
    - Identify growth opportunities and drive sales for the forwarding business.
    - Handle ad-hoc tasks related to project management, customer relations, and partner coordination.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food Logistics/Warehouse industry.
    - Proven experience in operations and safety management of containers in a factory setting.
    - Willingness to work on-site at warehouses as required.
    - Strong worker management skills to ensure quality in product stuffing/unstuffing.

    (Advantageous)
    - Prior experience working in a Japanese firm is a plus.
