Job Description
Our client is a Japanese entertainment/gaming company. They are currently looking for a Sales & Logistics Team Leader
【Responsibilities】
- Lead and mentor team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in both existing and new markets
- Work closely with the team to enhance their proficiency and product knowledge, enabling them to sell effectively to our distributors and retailers
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Drive business by identifying new business opportunities, drive growth through identifying and meeting potential clients and building positive relationships
- Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting sales targets
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands and suggest ways for improvements
- Dashboard reporting on sales performance for product line and distributor/region sales through data collection and analysis
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of products - Oversee inventory management, and monitor product availability
- Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth shipping and fulfilment
- Generate reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory levels and other logistics-related data
- Support in internal and external audits
Qualifications
Requirement
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum at least a Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant field of study
- Has at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or business development role or equivalent
- Possess leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong analytical skills to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets
- Possess driving license class 3/3A
- Able to travel overseas for business trips when required
- Open to working in the warehouse when required
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
(Preference)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Experience in playing the Company's TCGEnglish Level
