  • Job Description

    Our client, a multinational trading company specializing in industrial gases and electronic equipment/materials, is currently seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their materials division.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Visit customers regularly to build strong relationships and drive sales results.
    - Gather market intelligence and stay updated on clients’ investment plans and business activities.
    - Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
    - Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve business objectives, growth targets, and profitability.
    - Support business development efforts by creating and managing new client accounts in Singapore.
    - Work closely with clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
    - Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting key business insights and performance metrics.
    - Pilot new business initiatives and explore innovative revenue models to expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field
    - At least 3 years of sales experience in a trading company, preferably dealing with materials or electronic components
    - Willingness to take on a hunting sales role, as the department is in its early growth and expansion phase
    - Stable work history, with a minimum of 3 years at each previous company

    (Advantageous):
    - Experience working in a Japanese company or familiarity with Japanese business culture
    - Proven track record of outstanding sales achievements, particularly in business development
    - Strong communication and presentation skills
    - Knowledge of the semiconductor market, electronic materials (e.g., substrates, resins, plating chemicals), and related processes
    - Possession of a valid driving license
