    Our client is a global FMCG company for baby & maternity products. They are looking for a Key Account Executive who ideally has extensive experience in FMCG, modern trade and physical stores.

    You will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Develop Key Account Plans & Strategies – Sales, Trade Activities
    - Lead Sales Team of Key Accounts, Sales Representatives, and Sales Promoters to achieve business objectives/KPIs.
    - Formulate JBP via understanding and analysis of accounts.
    - Implement and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
    - Budget management/Maximize ROI via strategic planning
    - Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute effective sales activities and promotions, enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement
    - Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
    - Able to understand market/consumer demands and adapt accordingly
    - Build strong rapport with clients to be top of mind for any initiatives
    - Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategy

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
    - 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry
    - Experience in modern trade and leading a team
    - Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude, and passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
    - Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for the Sales Executive position
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP, or equivalent
    - Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Engish and Mandarin stakeholders.

    (Advantageous)
    - Strong strategic thinking, ability to do analysis and report for future prediction of sales activity
    - Possess class 3 driving license for sales activity and own car (allowance will be provided)

    【What you will receive】
    - Gross Monthly Income up to $5,300 (Basic Salary + Comm)
    - Monthly Sales Commission: On average around $800-$1,800
    - Variable Bonus (Depending on Company & Individual performance, on average 2 to 2.5 months)
    - Annual Leave: 14 days (Additional one day per year, up to a max 21 days)
