  • Job Description

    Our client is a leading trading firm. As they are expanding their market within Singapore and countries in the SEA region, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support sales activities.

    Department: Fibers department
    Products: Fibers and Resins
    Reporting to: Deputy GM

    【Responsibilities】
    - Attend to customers oral and written inquiries
    - Follow up with suppliers on shipping schedules and documents
    - Prepare invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and other shipping documents.
    - Handle import/export documents and LC Preparation
    - Process, and monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery
    - Key in data to SAP & MS Office tools

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Possess at least an O-level
    - At least 5 years of solid experience as a Sales Coordinator within the trading industry
    - Experience in the preparation of invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, L/C, and other shipping documents.
    - Working experience in using SAP is required
    - Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
    - Able to join within 1 month's notice or earlier
    - Comfortable with visiting client, when required

    (Advantageous)
    - Background in handling plastic/fibers/resin products is advantageous
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
