  • Job Description

    Our client is a manufacturing and trading company that specializes in FA components. In this role, the Customer Service Assistant is in charge of handling customer's inquiries and assisting business operations smoothly.

    This role will report to the Customer Service and POC Manager.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Handle and process large volumes of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time (including verifying and rectifying part number errors on the orders)
    - Respond to enquiries from customers via phone, email and web chat in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
    - Process claims that arise from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc
    - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise with regard to customers’ orders (including requesting lead time changes to suppliers)
    - Encourage customers to order online through the e-commerce store
    - Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】
    <Must>
    - Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer enquiries
    - Business-level English is required for liaising with suppliers and internal communications.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)

    <Advantageous>
    - Experience in a global trading firm will be advantageous.
    - A stable profile with a record of over 3 years with a single company is preferred.
    - Immediate availability will be an added advantage
