  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese Automotive Manufacturing company, looking for an Import / Export Executive.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Process machine and parts orders from our customers
    - Handle logistics for both SMT and FA products.
    - Warehouse administration of stock for both SMT and FA products
    - Assist with the logistics needs of the company
    - Operate with sales management system A1 stream
    - Assist with exhibitions
    - Export control of machines and parts
    - Support financial information from the A1 stream as required
    - Good communication with customers, vendors, colleagues, and business related.
    - Assist human resource-related and general affairs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    <Must>
    - Possess a Diploma in any field
    - At least 2 years of experience in the trading or logistics industry
    - Strong knowledge of LC, incoterms, taxation, import/export documents, trade compliance, and inventory systems (full set shipping documentation).
    - Stable working experience

    <Preferable>
    - Understand Japanese business culture (Work experience in a Japanese company will be an advantage)
