    Our client, a listed firm specializing in electronic components, is seeking an IT & Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking). The primary responsibilities include managing IT matters within the office, overseeing delivery and shipping processes, and providing support to the sales team.

    Reporting Line: Customer Service Manager.

    【Responsibilities】

    1) IT support (30%)
    - Liaise with the Japan HQ IT team to handle IT and network-related issues.
    - Assist with IT setups, including the configuration of new PCs and laptops.
    - Provide support for IT system implementations as required.

    2) Customer Service (70%)
    - Process sales orders using the SAP system, including acknowledging orders with estimated delivery dates based on standard lead times.
    - Issue purchase orders to vendors.
    - Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely production and shipment of goods.
    - Manage order backlogs and collaborate with the sales team to address any delivery or production challenges.
    - Handle delivery and shipping documentation, working closely with the Singapore or Philippines warehouses, forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery to customers.

    - Minimum "O" Levels and above
    - Basic IT knowledge and a willingness to take on customer service responsibilities.
    - Fluent in English and Japanese (Min JLPTN2) in listening/writing and speaking is essential to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and headquarters.
    - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
