    Our client is a well-known Consumer Goods company. They are currently looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Achieve the monthly net sales target for assigned accounts based on the yearly budget.
    - Drive range selling with a focus on high MI (Margin Improvement) products to enhance account profitability and Sales Contribution Profit (SCP).
    - Collaborate closely with key customer accounts to maximize sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities, ensuring annual sales targets are met.
    - Track the company's spending and conduct quarterly account profitability analysis to enhance profit contribution from assigned accounts.
    - Analyze customer sales trends and brand/category performance to optimize volume, value, market share, distribution, and merchandising strategies.
    - Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and execute impactful in-store promotions and merchandising programs that boost visibility and profitability.
    - Build strong relationships with customers to anticipate and fulfill their needs through value-added service and customer care initiatives.
    - Provide feedback on trade developments, acting as the customer's advocate to ensure alignment with key customer priorities.
    - Engage regularly with senior management of key accounts to strengthen business relationships and negotiate profitable trade terms.
    - Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock levels, displays, and competitor activity while identifying consumer purchasing patterns.
    - Lead half-yearly business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
    - Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers (if applicable).
    - Provide guidance and coaching to the Sales Representative and Field Associates team, ensuring adherence to merchandising guidelines and optimized field routes.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    (Must)
    - Diploma in Marketing, Business, or similar
    - At least 4 – 5 years of Consumer Sales Experience managing Key Accounts in an FMCG environment
    - Possess a class 3 driving license
    - Excellent presentation (MS PowerPoint), analytics skills (MS Excel) and communication skills
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
    - Experience handling any of these products: Hair care, Skin care, Fabric and Home care, Cosmetics
