    Our client, a reputable Japanese trading company, is currently seeking a Chemical & Polymer Assistant Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage sales and marketing tasks, supporting the manager in achieving budget/target
    - Liaise and build relationships with new and existing suppliers and customers, following PDCA tasks
    - Prepare budget and sales forecasts, monitor sales performance and profitability
    - Follow up on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and manage foreign exchange (forex)
    - Prepare sales and profit reports
    - Manage forwarders and third-party providers for storage, logistics, and transportation arrangements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
    - Minimum 5 years of recent sales experience in International Trading, Wholesale Trade, or Sales & Marketing
    - Resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    (Advantageous)
    - Having chemical products experience is a plus.
    - Ability to commence work on short notice
