  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese global company specializing in chemicals and electronics. They are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for understanding and addressing customer challenges, while also mentoring and developing team members to maximize their potential and support their growth in achieving departmental goals. This role will have a strong focus on new business development.

    Reports to the Director

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Understands departmental policies, and carries out team tasks to achieve the goals.
    - Manage a team selling secondary materials to Semiconductor, Electronics, and industrial markets.
    - Motivate and guide the sales team, leading them to achieve assigned goals.
    - Analyse data of the Southeast Asian market to make informed decisions.
    - Manage the sales and supply chain pipeline.
    - Identify new business opportunities.
    - Prepare monthly sales reports (budget forecast and actual) and presentation files for reporting to the head office.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields,
    - More than 10 years of experience in B2B regional sales and marketing, with strong exposure in the Semiconductor/Electronics industry
    - More than 3 years of experience in managing a team of 2-3
    - Challenged to do hunting sales and always proactive in analyzing and exploring new business opportunities
    - Excellent in forecasting and budgeting
    - Sound knowledge of the Southeast Asian market
    - Willingness to travel around 1-2 times quarterly (Mostly to Southeast Asia Region)
    - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; ability to build rapport with people of diverse professional and cultural backgrounds
    - Good presentation skills, confident in presenting to audiences from different parts of the world
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes)

    (Preferable)
    - Working experience or familiarity with Japanese multinational companies
    - Experience in materials such as glass microfluidic, ceramic packages, etc for semiconductor/electronics usage
