Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of spare parts and service solutions, supporting the equipment portfolio and vessels of a renowned global marine group.
They are currently seeking a Technical Service Account Manager to drive sales for technical services, build strong customer relationships, promote technical services, and develop new business opportunities. You will be responsible for sales activities relating to the maintenance, repair, and modification of equipment manufactured by HQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong marine equipment background and be comfortable managing customer relationships and growing the business.
【 Responsibilities 】
-Drive sales of technical services, including maintenance, repair, and modification of marine equipment.
- Engage with shipowners, ship managers, and customers to promote and sell engine and marine equipment services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication with the head office.
- Manage service requests and coordinate service delivery both locally and globally.
- Oversee long-term maintenance contracts, working closely with customers and headquarters to ensure efficient service execution.
- Prepare and present service proposals (quotations), negotiating prices and terms with customers.
- Provide technical advice to customers, supported by the head office technical team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering/Business or relevant field
- More than 6 years of working experience in Maritime Equipment Sales, especially engine services/spare parts and technical support
- More than 3 years of recent management role
- Strong knowledge of marine market & products and ability to identify new business opportunities for the company
- Ability to meet with customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Excellent communication in English to liaise and negotiate with English-speaking customers
(Advantageous)
- A background in engine services or sales with licensors, licensees, or service providers is preferred.
- Experience working in MNC or Korean company environment
- Ability to join within 1 month or short noticeEnglish Level
