  • Job Description

    Our client, a leading Japanese logistics company, is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) to support their house and office moving operations as a Sales Coordinator.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Conduct pre-move surveys at customers' residences/offices to assess cargo volume and prepare quotations.
    - Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with overseas branches.
    - Communicate with Japanese clients, providing guidance and support throughout the relocation process.
    - Manage scheduling, transportation, and moving logistics, including elevator reservations and material estimations.
    - Ensure excellent customer service by explaining moving regulations, addressing inquiries, and preparing accurate quotations/invoices.
    - Supervise packing crews, oversee house removals, and ensure smooth operational execution.
    - Maintain inventory, oversee material procurement, and coordinate with operations for documentation processing.
    - Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, manage job costing, and handle invoice closures.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply - comprehensive training will be provided.
    - Willingness to work on Saturdays when required (off-in-lieu will be granted).
    - Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.
    - Strong attention to detail when handling Japanese client files and instructions.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant industry software.
    - Self-motivated and well-organized, with a strong focus on documentation and invoicing.
