Job Description
Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a Sales cum Admin Assistant (1-Year Contract, Convertible to Permanent) to support their spare parts sales operations. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring exceptional after-sales support.
This position reports directly to the Sales Director and Sales Manager.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales & Admin team.
- Assist with data entry.
- Coordinate deliveries with third parties.
- Assist with warehouse receiving duties.
- Receive and match all arriving parts (mechanical, electrical, fabrication, completed product, and expendables) with DO.
- Verify and ensure accuracy against open PO and received DO
- Pack materials or parts per customer's PO and arrange for courier or self-delivery.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management as needed.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Possess an ITE certificate or equivalent.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply!
- Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and basic office tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with counterparts.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
(Advantageous)
- Possess a valid Class 2/3 driving licenseEnglish Level
