    Our client, a leading Japanese pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dedicated Medical Representative - Specialty Care to join their team. This role focuses on promoting and selling specialized pharmaceutical products in key therapeutic areas, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Nephrology.

    The position reports directly to the Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage personal sales within a designated territory, targeting cardiologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, oncologists, and neurologists, with an emphasis on hospital-based customers.
    - Achieve or exceed sales targets within the specified timeframe.
    - Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and provide monthly updates and insights to management.
    - Develop and implement business strategies and sales plans, coordinating marketing activities within the assigned territory.
    - Document and promptly communicate market-related adverse event (AE) reports to the designated pharmacovigilance (PV) manager.
    - Ensure that all marketing and business practices comply with SGOP and local SAPI codes of conduct.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Science, Medicine, or Business.
    - At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; candidates without prior experience or pharmacists with a Bachelor’s degree in Science are also encouraged to apply.
    - Fluency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with counterparts.
    - A valid Class 3/3A driving license to support work-related travel.
    - Willingness to travel to outstation locations and work beyond standard hours when required.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in the Cardiology and Nephrology therapeutic areas.
    - Familiarity with private hospitals and Ministry of Health (MOH) settings.
    - A proven ability to engage key stakeholders in complex clinical environments, including mid- to senior-level healthcare professionals, key accounts, and members of the medical community.
