    Our client, a Japanese pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dedicated Medical Representative (Central Nervous System) to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell CNS-related products, establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

    This position reports directly to the Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Achieve and surpass sales targets for the assigned territory/product by establishing new business with existing and potential clients, aggressively building up product market share in corresponding sales regions.
    - Ensures that sales targets are met or exceeded within the defined period.
    - Establish, develop, and sustain favourable business growth within the stated territory.
    - Perform, review, and provide updated market and competitor information to management on a regular and monthly basis.
    - Develop and establish corporate needs and plans using SWAT analysis.
    - To strategize and synchronize business plans, as well as provide planning and execution of marketing operations within a given territory.
    - Ensures that market AE reports are properly documented and transmitted to the relevant PV manager in a timely manner.
    - Ensures all marketing and business practices are in line with the SGOP & local SAPI code of conduct.

Qualifications

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferably in Science, Medicine, or Business).
    - Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, covering both private and public sectors.
    - Valid Class 3/3A driving license to support work-related travel.
    - Willingness to work beyond standard hours.

    (Advantageous):
    - Experience in neuroscience therapeutic areas.
    - Proven track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical settings, including mid- to senior-level healthcare professionals, major accounts, and the broader medical community.
