• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese company that provides a range of comprehensive financial products and services. They are currently hiring for an Assistant Trader / Senior Associate (Japanese speaking).
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Managing and monitoring client portfolios.
  - Creating investment proposals for clients/prospects (processing data in Excel and preparing presentations in PowerPoint).
  - Preparing documents for support (such as account opening, source of wealth (SOW) investigations, and managing deposit/withdrawal documents).
  - Creating internal reports, marketing materials, and various internal and external correspondences.
  - Receiving client trade orders, conducting pre-trade checks and approvals, and providing execution support.
  - Keeping information up to date using internal systems.
  - Interacting with internal teams in Singapore, Japan, and other countries, as well as external stakeholders (including vendors).
  - Responding to phone calls and inquiries, as well as providing English-Japanese translation for relevant materials.
