Job Description
Our client is a Japanese-listed Asset Management Company. The role of HR cum Accounting Executive is critical to ensuring the seamless integration of both accounting & finance and human resource operations, maintaining smooth day-to-day functions, and ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulations. You will play a key role in supporting both finance and employee management, reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD)..【Responsibilities】1) Accounting & Finance- Manage and ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries.- Communicate effectively with the appointed accounting firm to ensure smooth financial operations.- Utilize accounting software to operate and manage financial processes efficiently.- Liaise with headquarters for reimbursements and payable accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.- Oversee the financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in preparing financial statements.- Consolidate quarterly billing lists and track payment statuses, ensuring timely collections and maintaining cash flow.2) HR & Payroll- Oversee labor and attendance management, ensuring accurate payroll processing for both local and expatriate staff.- Provide support for employee training programs and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Assist with visa applications and renewals for expatriates, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
