    Our client, a listed hospitality company, is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role reports directly to the Regional Director.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
    - Maintain and update records, handle general filing, and provide administrative support to the manager.
    - Facilitate applications for foreign work passes.
    - Assist with financial tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
    - Support workplace safety by managing documentation and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - 1–2 years of experience in administrative or general affairs roles.
    - Ability to work independently.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    (Advantageous)
    - Prior experience working in a Japanese company is advantageous.
