Job Description
Our client, a subsidiary of a Japanese-listed manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Senior/Executive (Japanese Speaking) to join their team. This role focuses on supporting the sales team by ensuring seamless logistics and documentation processes.
The position reports to the Customer Service Assistant Manager.
【Responsibilities】
- Provide customer service related to products, pricing, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
- Manage orders and coordinate delivery dates.
- Monitor and maintain stock status.
- Assist in sales support activities, including preparing quotations.
- Liaise with logistics companies for transport arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing or trading industry
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Experience using SAP (ERP) system
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2) in speaking, listening, and writing for effective communication with Japanese-speaking counterparts
(Advantageous)
- Experience with processed productsEnglish Level
