  Our client, one of the largest and most renowned logistics companies globally, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead the establishment of a functional Healthcare Industry Vertical within the South Asia Ocean region. This role is responsible for developing and executing a regional Healthcare strategy that drives business growth in close alignment with global business units.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Develop and implement a comprehensive South Asia Ocean Healthcare strategy, aligned with the Global Healthcare strategy and product development direction, to drive growth in Healthcare Sales Revenue.
  - Coach and support local sales teams on Healthcare sales approaches and collaborate across countries to ensure a unified, global/regional customer experience, free from siloed approaches.
  - Foster strong collaboration with the Global and Regional Healthcare Quality teams, focusing on expanding the GDP (Good Distribution Practice) footprint across the South Asia Ocean.
  - Work closely with regional business units to develop and implement tailored Healthcare products that meet market needs.
  - Support Global Key Account Directors and the Strategic Key Account Lead in achieving their targeted budget for Healthcare within the South Asia Ocean region.
