    Our client, a listed firm specializing in electronic components, is currently seeking a Sales Executive or Senior Executive to support their expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales activities.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Monitor and adjust urgent shipments based on the client's request as and when required.
    - Maintain and build on existing key accounts through regular client visits regionally every month.
    - Prioritize accounts to be gained/grown/retained.
    - Markets covered include ASEAN countries.
    - Manage distributors, arrange for training and work out strategies for sales improvement.
    - Management of sales overseas, provide forecasting in weekly and monthly market analysis reports to the Singapore management, Japan HQ, and other overseas subsidiaries.
    - Manage annual overseas exhibitions by sourcing, evaluating, comparing, and choosing over 20 suppliers for various exhibitions.
    - Actively work with internal and external stakeholders to perform all necessary steps for effective prospecting and qualifications.
    - Quality assurance matters if the client has a problem with the products.
    - Business trips to ASEAN regions (varies from 2 days to 1 week)
    - Any other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma in any field
    - At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment
    - Strong understanding of the distributor sales business
    - Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients within the ASEAN region
    - Willingness and flexibility to manage both desk-bound and field-based assignments

    (Advantageous)
    - Educational background in Sales & Marketing or Electronics-related disciplines
    - Experience in the electronic components industry will be a strong advantage
