Job Description
Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in small electric motors and motion control systems, seeks a Regional Sales professional to develop and manage activities in the SEA region, focusing on Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Product: Motion Control System, Range of motors
【Responsibilities】
- Grow and develop existing distributor and key account relationships.
- Conduct market research, monitor the business environment, trends, and sales performance, and gather competitor's information.
- Attend to Distributor/Direct overseas customer inquiries, sales support, and site-related matters.
- Perform joint visits with the Distributor to end-user workplaces/offices in the SEA region (especially Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia)
- Showcase Products & Technical Information.
- Establish and maintain good relations with Distributors/clients through active follow-up and regular sales visits.
- Increase product and brand awareness in the market.
- Planning and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Identify potential opportunities & develop solution selling.
- Any related ad hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma holder in Engineering/Business/Marketing
- At least 3-5 years of B2B regional and outdoor sales experience within the Engineering manufacturing industry
- Has experience managing distributors
- Comfortable with travelling around the SEA region on short notice
- Strong drive to achieve business objectives & to develop the domestic/Overseas market.
(Advantageous)
- Experience working as a Regional Sales Executive within electrical products
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- The ability to join within short notice would be advantageous!English Level
