Job Description
Our client, a Japanese development-oriented company and global leader in semiconductor testing equipment, specializing in microelectronics testing, including probe cards and test sockets, is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant (Probe Card). The ideal candidate will lead business development efforts and drive expansion initiatives.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Provide strategic guidance on acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts in the semiconductor industry.
- Assist in developing key account platforms to expand sales efforts and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Support in preparing product presentations and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical specifications.
- Offer mentorship in creating offers, conducting negotiations, and finalizing general agreements with business partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and technical support team to address client queries and devise technical solutions.
- Help analyze potential customers, markets, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Aid in the development of sales plans and strategies to meet company objectives.

- Willing to work 50 hours per month with flexible working hours.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically with probe cards and sockets in the last 5 years.
- Proven experience at the CEO or executive level within a large company.
- Ability to utilize connections in the probe card and socket industry to visit clients alongside the sales team.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to travel overseas for business trips.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
<Preferable>
- Minimum 8 years of experience with wafer testing or final products in the semiconductor industry.
- A team player who works independently, learns quickly, communicates effectively, and is adaptable.
- University degree in economics, microelectronics engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
- Owns a vehicle for travel to client sites.
- Sales-oriented, detail-focused, and highly efficient with a structured approach to work.English Level
