  • Job Description

    Our Client is a Property Management group focusing on property investment in Singapore and Australia. The team is looking for a leasing executive to join the team upon its growth in the Singapore market.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Formulate a leasing strategy to target the desired trade mix.
    - Handle all enquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration.
    - Keep up to date on the latest trends in the retail sector.
    - Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.
    - Work closely with other departments to support marketing events and strengthen tenant relations.
    - Any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field.
    - Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in a similar position, preferably in commercial real estate
    - Fluent in Mandarin and English listening/speaking/writing is essential for internal and external communication purposes

    <Prefer>
    - Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    - Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
    - Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
