• Job Description

  Our Client is a global content conversion company providing automated digitization services. The incumbent will be working closely with our COO to ensure the smooth operations of our business. The incumbent should have experience in the media industry, particularly with print publications, radio/TV, or media monitoring, providing technical and service solutions to their clients.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  Client Solutions
  ‐ Setting up new clients, including understanding their requirements, coordinating with the IT team, testing the setup, and following up after account activation.
  ‐ Respond to client feedback and collaborate with the production and IT teams to address any issues.
  ‐ Proactively provide excellent client service and strive for continuous improvement in production processes.
  
  Process Optimization
  ‐ Assist in the development and optimization of production processes, both from a technical and organizational standpoint.
  ‐ Work with various teams to identify areas for improvement, test new procedures, and document changes to ensure smooth production.
  
  Management
  ‐ Maintain a detail-oriented approach within a fast-paced production environment
  ‐ Work well with multiple teams and understand that all teams must have the right information to carry out their tasks.
