They are seeking a Compliance Executive to assist the Compliance Deputy General Manager in overseeing compliance and internal control functions.【 Responsibilities 】- Manage and maintain compliance policies and procedures, including group procurement policies (including vendor due diligence, human rights management and supplier chain management)- Design and monitor internal compliance controls to prevent violations of legal rules and internal policies, including undertaking regular reviews and providing practical improvement advice.- Develop and roll out compliance and internal control governance training and promote compliance communications awareness to employees.- Support colleagues in internal control advisory matters and promote internal control awareness.- Research the latest compliance risk trends and provide consultation to colleagues on ethical or compliance issues.- Maintain the Compliance Department website for employees to reference when they have questions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled in business processes and systems.- And any other tasks which is required by the Deputy General Manager.

As an Architectural Executive, you will be working with internal and external architects and contributing to the creation of groundbreaking designs that manifest our firm with a unique and luxurious taste.Reporting to: Director/Architect【Responsibilities】Architecture Assistant- Assist Directors in project management, implementation, and consultations as a Designer.- Design conceptualization, design development, contract administration, site visits, and chairing/attendance of Client Consultant Meetings / Technical Coordination Meetings for projects assigned as the Project Designer Role- Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions.- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp for producing layout plans, details and sections to organize, generate and document project outputs, and put together design presentations for viewing by Clients.- Assist in and Coordinate the preparation & submission of forms, drawings and information required by authorities for the Architects to vet, including performing floor area calculations and colouring of presentation and submission of drawings.- Controlling drafting and documentation templates and maintaining standards according to the office ISO.- Project implementation and Site coordination for projects assigned, manage construction phase/progress.- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and project success.- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.- Any other duties as assigned by the Director which are related to the nature of the work scope.Architectural Designer- Assist Directors in managing and designing, project management, implementation, drafting authority submissions, and consultations.- Handle design conceptualization, design development, contract administration, site visits, and chairing/attendance of Client Consultants - Meetings/Technical Coordination Meetings for assigned projects.- Present projects to clients confidently and ensure follow-up design workshops with the clients are engaging, informative and conclusive.- Proficient in Singapore local authority codes and regulations.- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp for producing layout plans, details, and sections to organize, generate, and document project outputs, and put together design presentations for viewing by Clients.- Manage construction phase/progress.- Coordinate the preparation of forms, drawings, and information required by authorities for approval, including performing floor area calculations and colouring of presentation.- Control drafting and documentation templates and maintain standards according to the office ISO.- Project implementation and Site coordination for assigned projects.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director related to the nature of the work scope.
