    Our client, a leading Japanese real estate company, is seeking an experienced and professional Sales Manager - Key Executive Officer in Real Estate to lead their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong client relationships, deeply understanding client needs, and delivering tailored real estate solutions.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
    - Research, plan, and conduct property viewings tailored to client needs and preferences.
    - Assess client's needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property solutions.
    - Provide guidance and support to tenants in finding properties that meet their requirements, ensuring favorable terms and pricing.
    - Accompany clients during property viewings and provide assistance during departures.
    - Establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies, prospects, and tenants to enhance business opportunities.
    - Assist in the leasing and marketing of properties to maximize exposure and interest.
    - Coordinate unit handovers for incoming and outgoing tenants, ensuring a seamless transition.
    - Address and resolve tenant issues, including water leaks, equipment breakdowns, and lost keys, in a timely manner.
    - Liaise with vendors to effectively manage and resolve tenant concerns.
    - Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate records, including contracts, leases, terminations, and closing statements.
    - Promote property sales through targeted advertisements, open houses, and listing services as required.
    - Ensure compliance with company policies and CEA regulations.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【What they are looking for】
    <Must>
    - Qualified and certified as a Key Executive Officer (KEO) under Singapore's Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulations.
    - Ability to work flexibly according to customer schedules.
    - Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

    <Preferable>
    - Proficiency in MS Office.
    - Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
