Our Client is one of the Cosmetics companies in Signgapore.
This role of a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist is to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, contract administration, and staff well-being initiatives.
This role requires experience in HR systems, talent pool management, and compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations. Payroll is not within the scope of this role.
【Responsibilities】
■Talent Acquisition & Talent Pool Management
-Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
-Utilize HR systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) to track candidate progress.
-Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
-Conduct reference checks and manage the offer process.
■HR Operations & Staff Well-being
-Prepare and manage employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.
-Oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Implement staff well-being initiatives, engagement activities, and retention strategies.
-Advise on HR policies and compliance with Singapore employment laws.
-Support performance management processes.
■HR Systems & Administration
-Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
-Oversee work pass applications and renewals.
-Generate HR reports and insights using HR systems.
-Ensure HR policies are documented and communicated effectively.
-Assist in HR projects related to culture, diversity, and employee engagement.

应征条件
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
-At least more than 5 years of full spectrum of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations from the Retail or similar industry
-Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, recruitment platforms).
-Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Comfortable liaising with the upper management frequently and working on-site daily
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and work well under pressure
(Advantageous)
-Experience in the retail industry
-Able to join on short notice or immediately will be prioritized英文
