2011年に設立し、日系企業のお客様や日本語スピーカーをお探しの外資系企業を中心に人材紹介サービスを展開しております。
事業拡大のために営業・人事・採用のご経験をお持ちのコンサルタントを増員で募集しております。
具体的な業務内容;
シンガポールに拠点を置く顧客に対して人材採用の観点から事業課題・経営課題解決に向けて支援をするお仕事です。
課題のヒヤリングから適切な人材の提案、面接支援、入社手配まで総合的なサポートを行って頂きます。
- 新規企業の開拓 (日本・アメリカ・ヨーロッパ・シンガポールローカル系企業)
- 新規求人のヒアリング・作成・条件のすり合わせ
- 日系・外資系企業向けに契約交渉、求人獲得交渉
- 既存顧客向けフォローアップ
- 社内のコンサルタントチームへの求人共有・内容のすり合わせ
- 企業様への選考プロセスのサポート(ご推薦、選考管理、入社フォローなど)
- その他、採用支援に関わる事務作業全般
入社後は、パフォーマンスに応じて、チームリーダーやマネージャー、拠点責任者などマネジメントポジションへの昇格が可能。
また希望があればReeracoenの他国への異動も可能。昇格、異動ともに実績あり。

【求める人物像】
- 大卒以上
- 2年以上の法人営業もしくは人材業界での勤務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 目標達成意欲、成長意欲が高い方英文

Our client is a Japanese trading company providing a wide range of materials and machinery products and services to various industries, including molding injection, electronics, semiconductors, etc.The Sales Executive role focuses on new business development, particularly in the molding injection or materials sectors.
