  Our client is a manufacturing and trading company that specialises in FA components. In this role, the Business Development Support is in charge of all back-end business operations relating to inventory, to optimize inventory and service levels ensuring the customers will have a seamless ordering/ purchasing experience with the company.
  
  The candidate will report to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for the following activities.
  
  【What will you be working on】
  - Collect and analyse historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
  - Place purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock.
  - Minimize Out-of-stock by actively monitoring stock inventory.
  - Work closely with suppliers for timely delivery and expedite when necessary.
  - Handle customer technical support　cases through phone or email submission, communicate with the supplier (if necessary)
  - Maintenance or updating product master database.
  - Work with other departments on product-related activities such as product discounts, quality checks etc.
  - Collate statistics and generate reports.
  - Performs other related duties as assigned.
