    Our client, a Japanese trading company specializing in industrial materials, particularly recycled raw materials, is urgently seeking an Admin Executive to join their team in Singapore.

    Reporting to: Admin Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    General Affairs
    - Manage lease contracts for vehicles and housing.
    - Handle insurance contracts.
    - Oversee the office environment, including arranging repairs with vendors, ordering supplies, and maintaining stationery.
    - Manage office security systems, including gate keys, access cards, passwords, copiers, and CCTV.
    - Plan and organize the year-end party and other company events.
    - Serve as the receptionist, managing visitor interactions.

    Human Resources
    - Administer work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
    - Monitor employee attendance, manage paid leave, and assist with salary and bonus processing.
    - Support recruitment efforts, including the onboarding of new employees.
    - Draft and manage employment-related documents such as hiring letters, reemployment agreements, and contract renewals.
    - Maintain employee records and handle related HR matters.

    Accounting
    - Coordinate online money transfers via internet banking.

    Secretary
    - Arrange travel accommodations, including flights and hotels, for business travellers.
    - Book restaurants for business dinners and events.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    <Must>
    - Diploma or higher education.
    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.(inexperienced candidate who is willing to learn new things are also considerable)
    - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or above) for business communication (e.g., email correspondence) is essential to effectively liaise with the headquarters in Japan.
    - Strong willingness to learn and take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including general affairs, human resources, secretarial duties, and basic accounting tasks.


    <Advantageous>
    - Previous administrative experience in a Japanese company with an understanding of its work culture.
    - Knowledge of bookkeeping, ideally at a Level 2 certification or equivalent.
    - Availability to start work at an early date.
    - Demonstrated stability in previous roles, ideally with at least 3 years of tenure in past positions.
