    Our client is a global consumer electronics company, and they are currently looking for an Accounts Officer.

    【Responsibilities】

    Non-Trade
    - Document and code the Supplier's invoices
    - Input entries into the SAP system
    - Reconcile vendor’s SOA
    - Issue Non-Trade Debit Notes

    Inventory Trade:
    - Create SAP P/O
    - Process Trade Invoices
    - Manual posting of Good Receipt (warehouse without EDI)
    - Manual posting of Good Issued (warehouse without EDI)
    - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Possess a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
    - 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Inventory Management
    - Good technical knowledge of the GST Act, Corporate Tax, and Financial Reporting Standards.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Intermediate level).
    - Able to join within short notice/immediately

    (Advantageous)
    - SAP working experience is preferred but not necessary.
    - Experience working in Consumer Electronics would be a plus!
