  Our client provides innovative products and solutions in the areas of Process, Building, and Factory Automation. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Support Assistant Manager to assist the Senior Manager in managing key customer relationships and developing a strong sales foundation for Building Automation Solutions in the APAC region.
  
  This role is crucial for driving business growth and establishing sustainable customer relationships.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies and action plans
  - Collaborate with affiliate sales teams to provide pre-sales product and technical support, including customer engagement, proposal preparation, clarification meetings, and support for third-party events
  - Assist in the creation and maintenance of a sales toolkit
  - Understand customer value drivers and effectively communicate the company's value proposition
  - Identify key decision-makers and influence their buying criteria
  - Gather customer requirements and work with solution specialists to develop tailored proposals
  - Document sales activities and generate summary reports for management review
  - Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the company’s affiliates in the region
  - Track industry trends and gather competitive and market intelligence to inform business strategies
  - Participate in and support brand-building activities such as trade shows, industry marketing seminars, and strategic account programs
