Our client is a Japanese trading and distribution company that specializes in the food industry. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) who will be responsible for assisting the company's customer accounts and delivering sales volume to meet sales growth targets. You will also establish and maintain strong relationships between major key accounts and the company to drive long-term business growth. The primary customers will be restaurants and supermarkets.Reporting to the Sales Manager.【Responsibilities】- Coordinate sales activities and promotions with internal stakeholders(including Japanese Speakers in HQ) as well as customers based on their needs, concerns, and schedules in Japanese. - Establishing trust and long-term relationships with clients and customers. - Work with the sales team to meet sales targets and set goals. - To meet sales targets, strategic planning and thinking are required. - To keep abreast of the competition and the market’s changing landscape. - Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively communicate with the team. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop business plans for the growth of key accounts. - Plan for key account changes and improvements. - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled. - Identify trends and develop strategies to outperform the competition.
