Our client is a Japanese freight forwarding company seeking a Sales Manager to join their team.You will report to the Managing Director.【 Responsibilities 】- Achieve and strive to exceed sales targets- Develop new business opportunities from both existing and prospective customer accounts- Manage and support complex negotiations with senior stakeholders- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients- Grow existing customer accounts by increasing trade volume- Conduct outreach to potential customers, including cold calling and client visits, and provide quotations and proposals- Respond to sales-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner- Prepare and maintain customer tariffs, quotations, and related documentation- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management, including pipeline updates and quotation tracking- Lead the sales team and collaborate closely with operations, sales, and finance teams on billing and payment follow-ups
