Department: Accounts【Responsibilities】- Check and ensure transactions are in accordance with internal rules, authorization/delegation rights and allocation to department to be charged.- Process payment applications and accruals, by validating the vendors' billing invoices- Process income billings and accruals, by validating the contracts/agreements- Process monthly concur expenses" - Perform monthly accounts closing processes (journal entries, accounting estimates & accruals, fair value accounting, etc.)- Prepare inventory, analysis, and reconciliation reports.- Assist in checking commodity balance reports, annual renewal applications, hedge effectiveness assessments, and monthly hedging reports - Process import/export negotiation documents and accounting classification based on transaction nature.- Process foreign currency forward contract applications, supporting documents, and relevant accounting treatments.- Perform other work-related assignments and ad hoc duties when required. - Participate in the Internal Control Project- Assist in trade transactions sampling check activities, check documents against J-SOX and internal control checklists, and report to Supervisors on the findings.
