Our client, an established global trading firm. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Coordinator (6 Months Contract) to support the smooth execution of grain trading operations in Southeast and Southwest Asia. You will be coordinating contract administration, shipping logistics, documentation, and payment processes. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders (trading, logistics, finance) and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant trade execution.【Responsibilities】- Support the execution of trade contracts and ensure accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.- Handle and track accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), including DP and LC transactions.- Liaise with banks and finance teams to coordinate timely payments and monitor status.- Manage vessel nominations and coordinate shipping logistics with counterparties, shipping agents, and internal logistics teams.- Monitor shipping schedules and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.- Prepare, verify, and process shipping and trade documents in line with contractual and country-specific requirements.- Ensure all documentation is compliant and submitted in a timely manner.- Collaborate with trading, finance, and logistics departments to support daily operations and ensure procedural compliance.- Maintain alignment with internal SOPs and operational standards.
