    Our client has a global reputation in the logistics industry, providing comprehensive distribution services including air, cargo freight and regional land transportation. They are looking for an Export Customer Service. You will be responsible for managing and supporting operations, ensuring smooth communication, timely processing, and high service standards.

    You will be reporting to the Sales/Customer Service Manager.

    【 What you will be working on 】
    - Daily job attendance at the residence site for export / import packing and local moving.
    - Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of our moving service.
    - Provide coordination and communication between customer and packers.
    - Perform pre-moving survey at residence and quotation.
    - Liaise with office coordinator for shipment after pickup of cargo.
    - Initiate tally sheet for the daily job in our system.
    - Any ad hoc duties related to customer service and sale of our service

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements / Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for effective communication with Japanese-speaking counterparts (listening, writing, and speaking).
    - Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
    - Proficient in MS Office.
