Job Description
Our client has a global reputation in the logistics industry, providing comprehensive distribution services including air, cargo freight and regional land transportation. They are looking for an Export Customer Service. You will be responsible for managing and supporting air export operations, ensuring smooth communication, timely processing, and high service standards.
【 What you will be working on 】
- Direct contact with customers with an outstanding, friendly and reliable service offer
- Ensuring to provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receiving the booking
- Check on the Export Documents Compliance when processing the export work order
- Apply the correct export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner
- Answers all call promptly
- Monitor the onboard status without fail and to inform customer of any irregularity
- Good communication among all related department concern e.g. Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, Planning team
- Always ensuring that the Airfreight rates apply is correct and updated
- Constantly aware and updated on NEW changes/requirements from airlines or government agencies
- Ensure that all monthly customer report is submitted on timely manner without fail

Requirement
【 Requirements / Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum "O" / "N" Level
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for effective communication with Japanese-speaking counterparts (listening, writing, and speaking).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the logistic industry
- Proficient in MS OfficeEnglish Level
